Disclosure of shareholdings
Any person who directly, indirectly or by agreement with third parties acquires or sells registered shares in their own name and thus reaches or falls above or below the threshold of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 33⅓, 50 or 66⅔ per cent of the voting shares, regardless of whether they can be exercised or not, must give notice to Novavest Real Estate AG and SIX Exchange Regulation as per Art. 120 et. seq. of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinfraG).

Novavest Real Estate AG and the SIX Exchange Regulation must be notified in writing within four trading days of the change in circumstance. The company publishes the notification within two trading days of receipt. Major shareholders in Novavest Real Estate AG are always published on the SIX Exchange Regulation website: www.ser-ag.com
