Dieter Kräuchi

Dieter Kräuchi has been CEO of Novavest Real Estate AG since May 2026. He was Managing Director of Empira Investment Foundation, part of Empira AG, from 2021 to 2026. From 2017 to 2021, he worked for the Baloise Group as Head of Real Estate at Baloise Insurance, CEO of Baloise Immobilien Management AG, and Head of Real Estate at Baloise Asset Management AG. From 2010 to 2017, he was Managing Director of Avobis Asset Management AG, and prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, he worked for Allreal Generalunternehmung AG as Head of Portfolio Management and later as Head of Marketing for Promotional Properties and Special Tasks. From 2000 to 2003, he was Director of Development Europe, Middle East, and Mediterranean at Raffels International Hotels & Resorts, Zurich and Singapore. Over the course of his career, Dieter Kräuchi has also served on Boards of Directors of various real estate companies.
